Materials science and engineering Laboratory of Functional Organic Amine in Sichuan Province

Our Aim:

We aim of building up an advanced platform for the innovation and research of new environmental functional organic Amine.

The lab will start to meet the needs of the growing the economic and society development by developing green ABS heat-resistant modifier synthesis technology; highly efficient poly-foam composite catalyst compound technology; and green, efficient organic amine catalyst production technology.

Our Tasks:

The engineering laboratory is planning to undertake all the scientific and technological research and engineering research tasks signed by the states and government and our clients , and to participate in key technologies of the industry research and development and to provide technical development and engineering test results ,to enhance the capacity of independent innovation and core competitiveness of new polyurethane materials in Sichuan Province, to speed up the process of industrialization of new technologies, new products and new processes; to form a capacity for continuous technological innovation and rapid transformation of major scientific and technological achievements.

Our Facilities

Based on the existing R & D and test conditions, the R&D center will be built with an area of 2,800 square meters. there are 78 sets of equipment and relate software will be purchased .Five laboratories of the organic synthesis, hydrogenation reaction, fixed bed Reaction, polymer synthesis, polymer applications will be constructed too. there will be three detection and analysis room and one pilot plant are to set up. At the same time, high-quality technology research and development team composed of 20 talents will be build up and we are to cultivate high-level talents every year which can be involved in the development of national industry standard achievements

Our Directions

1 builds up green, efficient organic amine catalyst production technology research and development platform.

2 builds up highly efficient poly-foam composite catalyst compound technology research and development platform.

3 Creates green ABS heat-resistant modifier synthesis technology research and development platform.
